One purchase, one letter

The Response Kit is a one-time purchase for one letter. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Payment and refunds go through Apple

Payment is handled by Apple through your App Store account, and Apple handles refunds. To ask for one:

• Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Sign in with your Apple Account.
• Choose the purchase and request a refund.

Apple decides refund requests.

If your kit fails to generate

You can generate it again at no charge from the same screen, or email hello@oweright.ai and we will help.

Save your PDF

We keep nothing about your letter, so we cannot recreate a kit later. Save the PDF when it is made.

Restore Purchases

Restore Purchases in the app restores a purchase you have not yet used.

The price shown in the app at purchase is the price you pay. Taxes may apply.
